This magazine’s mantra is ‘love your body, love your life.’ The whole point of Health & Fitness magazine is to get women feeling good about them-selves through living a healthier lifestyle. It aims to show readers that eating healthily and exercising regularly is the key to staying in shape. Although this may sound like a cliché, it really is the only long term answer to staying a healthy weight!
There definitely won’t be any articles in this magazine about the latest fad diets or articles promoting an unhealthy body image. Readers can rest assured that Health & Fitness magazine will not mention the infamous maple syrup diet or the ridiculous apple diet or anything else equality as ludicrous. There is so much in the media these days about the best diets and the dangers of eating certain foods, frankly it can get a little overwhelming! If we see one more picture of Cheryl Cole looking skeletal then we just might scream!
Thankfully Health & Fitness magazine has its feet firmly rooted to the ground and it tells it to the reader like it really is… what a relief! We enjoyed seeing the new exercise ideas to get your body looking in tip top condition. There are fun ‘workout handbook’ sections which provide detailed photographs and instructions about how to tone up using simple equipment as well as how to enjoy yourself in the process. Exercise doesn’t have to be a painful experience; it can be enjoyed especially if you rope in a friend to kick start your fitness together.
