Tauko is an independent sewing magazine with a passion for the planet. It is published by Kaisa Rissanen and Mila Moisio, who have a background in running an award-winning sustainable fashion brand and have their finger on the pulse of everything relating to fashion, crafts, culture, and climate.

Each quarterly issue includes 10 actual-size paper sewing patterns, accompanied by simple instructions and helpful images. In Finnish, Tauko translates to ‘break’ or ‘pause’ and that is certainly what a subscription to this beautiful publication will provide.
