The very best coverage of the world of air gunnery, Air Gunner magazine provides excellent expert reporting on everything a huntsman, target shooter or airgun enthusiast needs.

Inside each issue you’ll find comprehensive and thorough tests of recent releases of gun, as well as the latest news and interviews with shooters at the top of their game. It has features on a range of guns, old and new, as well as a guide to those new to the hobby – ‘Beginners to Winners’. Air Gunner also covers the other aspects of the hobby, such as practical advice for hunting, reviews of related kit such as machetes, knives, camo clothing, saws and scopes as well as workshop and customisation sections.

It is perhaps a little ironic that the sport of air gunning, whether for hunting or for simply target shooting, seems to be one of the friendliest out there. Every page of Air Gunner seems to be filled with pictures of the smiling faces of those who have taken part, regardless of whether they found themselves on the winning team or not. The writing and features themselves seem to reflect an attitude that doesn’t take itself too seriously yet still manages to be informative and entertaining – there’s nothing worse than a hobby or enthusiast magazine that doesn’t have a sense of humour (well, okay, there are plenty of worse things!).

Air Gunner provides a hugely in-depth look at the world of air gunning, whatever for it takes, making this pretty much essential reading for any enthusiast of the sport. Whether it’s advice on the art of hunting rabbits, thorough reviews of the latest guns and kit from the like of Theoban and Cometa, or issues looking at the subject as a whole such as the virtues and vices of the different calibre pellets out there, Air Gunner offers expert advice and opinion. We might have to take on their ‘beginners to winners’ section and see if we can turn ourselves from complete novice to expert marksmen. NB
