We think that it wouldn’t be stretching things too far to say that the cover of V is almost iconic. They’ve had some great celebrities on their cover, but that bold V right down the middle that frames all everyone featured on it is a fantastic bit of design. It not only looks cool, but it accentuates the size of the magazine.
But you probably want to actually know something about the magazine right? V is a marvellous US based magazine that is about as up to date in terms of culture and style as it is possible to be. You’ll find an array of fascinating interviews with established names and up and coming stars, as well as the ‘Girls of Now’, 9 rising talents from across the worlds of film, music, art, fashion and more besides.
Culture is such a transient, ever-moving thing that it is near impossible to capture in a magazine without it feeling a bit, meaningless. V manages to pull off the tricky feat of being both incredibly cool and up-to-date, and feeling solidly written and produced and timeless.
