We're quite a passive bunch here at Newsstand HQ, the only fighting we seem to get into is when the printer jams up on a Friday afternoon. It can get pretty tasty, I can assure you.
The point is, Train, despite the title, doesn't have to be all about MMA (an increasingly popular sport on this side of the pond it seems). It's also about extreme fitness, and the "fight" part doesn't necessarily mean an actual fight - but perhaps one man's struggle against a hill, for example. Except for hill, read mountain, as this magazine is for those looking to really push on to extreme levels of strength and fitness training. NB! That's not to say that us beginners can't plan ahead, as we so often do when it comes to self improvement.
This magazine does have endless snippets of fitness advice liberally scattered through its pages. It may be concentrating on developing a strong grip, food, anti stress techniques amongst a plethora of other ideas.
One things for sure, buying this magazine over the internet is the easy part....
