This is a fascinating little publication that we thoroughly enjoyed reading. If you want to read a clever and intelligent poetry publication which will make you look very cultured and academic when you read it (preferably in front of that cute waiter that you have your eye on) then this magazine will be perfect for you. Poetry Wales has great poetry and a trendy arty image which looks and feels classy.

It’s an interesting mix of essays, poetry, interviews and reviews so readers will never get bored. When we got our hands on it we were a little worried that it would just be a poetry book which contained a rather dull amount of poetry which droned on for pages. Thankfully this wasn’t the case with Poetry Wales magazine. We like the way that the magazine mixes up the content to keep readers on their toes. We had to read a lot of poetry when we were at school and we were a little apprehensive with picking up another similar publication. Thankfully we enjoyed the clever poetry and the insightful articles which pose interesting questions to make you ponder about the world of poetry and what it all really means.
