Red magazine recently won the Consumer Magazine of the Year award in 2012, and it is clear why it managed to pick up such a prestigious allocade. The magazine itself is pleasingly substantial, and as we’ve stated above it covers an absolutely astonishing range of things.
Frankly, if you were stick on a remote island, and only allowed one magazine a moth to keep you interested and entertained, we are pretty sure that we would choose Red as our island companion. We can imagine spending night by the fire, reading through the fascinating articles before heading into our ramshackle shelter for a night’s sleep. Waking up the next morning we would head off into the jungle or forest, looking for leaves, bark and moss that we could fashion into clothes to keep up with the latest trends, and craft cosmetics from whatever we could lay our hands on. We would do our best to follow the healthy eating trends to be found within Red, and keep up our exercise to maintain our sanity. Eagerly we would await the next month’s helicopter dropped edition of Red.
What we are getting at, in a typically understated and non-hyperbolic manner, is that Red magazine is an absolutely fantastic publication that will keep you amused, interested and entertained right up until the next copy arrives. NB
