When we first saw this magazine we felt a little bit apprehensive, the woman pictured on the front cover of the issue had a very intimidating six pack. We’re not lazy but frankly maintaining a six pack is a little too much effort for us.
Ok we’ll admit it, we are partial to a blueberry muffin and we love drinking wine (a little too much) and we especially love chocolate! There we said it, now stop judging us! We don’t think we are enough of a hard core fitness fanatic to appreciate this magazine.
If you are really passionate about your fitness and have a work out routine that would make an Olympic athlete get out of breath then this is the perfect magazine for you. This magazine is for people who are very serious about their fitness and maintaining a very healthy lifestyle. Let’s just say that readers looking for a recreational sports based magazine might be looking in the wrong place.
This magazine would be a great read for those looking to get started with a new fitness regime; we’d recommend giving this magazine a flick through in order to be fully informed before you start. There are great fitness DVD reviews which is brilliant for those readers who want to workout in the comfort of their own home and not fork out for expensive gym fees.
We are warning you now readers, the magazine will make you feel guilty and it made us ponder going for a lunchtime run… although we probably will just have a muffin instead!
