We love a good lifestyle magazine here at Newsstand. After all, lifestyle covers such a wide array of different things that we’re never quite sure what we’re going to get when we open up the latest magazine. I can’t help but wonder how the meetings at the editor’s boardrooms go:
“Hmm, we’ve got a great feature here that really fits our magazine’s style and audience”
“Is it done by living people?”
“Erm… well, yes it is.”
“Excellent, then it’s in.”
Lifestyle covers pretty much everything done by people who are alive. That’s about the only qualifier we can thin of for the content. Oh, of course there are certain sections that always seem to make it in – fashion, health and well being and the like – but really the possibilities are endless. DivaScribe magazine is a great example of this – in one issue you can flip the page from an article about an inspirational PR Guru to read an exceptionally well conducted interview with an African doctor detailing the difficulties of living with AIDS. We are all for magazines that surprise us with something unexpected but interesting, so long live the lifestyle mag!
Divascribe Magazine is in the General Women's category and is just one of over 3,000 magazines now available at Newsstand, to browse recent front covers of Divascribe Magazine, please click here.
