The reader will get detailed instructions as well as numbered pictures on the safest and most controlled way to complete the techniques. The slow motion throws and arm locks all looked very complex. We like the way the magazine is trying to approach the techniques in a safe and user friendly way.

If you are planning to get into some form of martial arts then we would strongly recommend this magazine, it is the best of its type in the sector and will provide a comprehensive overview on what to expect once you get started.
