We can’t help but wonder (no pun intended) if wonderpedia wanted us to think of the students favourite resource – Wikipedia – when they came up with their title. It obviously takes a rather different approach – being written by actual writers and experts rather than an assortment of self-important, self-taught experts.
This is the kind of magazine that when we pick up a copy we have a tendency to get distracted, reading article after article about fascinating facts and features we hadn’t heard of before, right up until the boss wanders over and comments on the distinct lack of work we seem to be doing. The strapline for Wonderpedia is ‘Discover Something New’ – a promising hook if ever we heard one – and we certainly found out a lot that we hadn’t known before.
We reckon this will appeal to pretty much all ages, males and females. Everybody loves to be fascinated by tales of something unendingly fascinating, like the possibility that Lenin ruled Russia whilst… well, perhaps we shouldn’t spoil it for you. With a heady blend of science, nature, history and humanity, Wonderpedia is a perfect way to expand your knowledge and have a few fascinating facts to talk over with your mates down the pub. NB
Wonderpedia Magazine is in the Science category and is just one of over 3,000 magazines now available at Newsstand, to browse recent front covers of Wonderpedia Magazine, please click here.
