This magazine is printed in Sweden and we have to admit that when we got our hands on it, we didn’t quite know what was going on! We saw the little cartoon figures and all the designs inside and we were intrigued as to what this magazine was all about.
Stamping is getting more common in the UK these days along with other forms of crafts. So it’s no surprise that this magazine has found its way to the UK. If you are already familiar with Magnolia Ink then you’re probably scoffing at our ignorance! If you have never heard of it either, but you enjoy getting creative with crafts then why not give this magazine a go? There are so many images of other people’s designs that you can easily get some inspiration if you feel a little stuck to begin with.
This magazine would be ideal for readers who love to get crafty with stamps and ink. The magazine always has an adorable greeting message from characters created by the stamp company known as Edwin and Tilda. The stamps all have similar features with little figures with a common cute and pretty style. Let’s just say that it’s more about adorable sweet cards than anything edgy or overly artistic. The step by step guides are easy to follow and we think any reader with any ability could complete the sections with ease. There will also be ideas on how to create cards that are a bit different, with more complicated backgrounds and colour schemes.
Magnolia Ink Magazine is in the Other Overseas category and is just one of over 3,000 magazines now available at Newsstand, to browse recent front covers of Magnolia Ink Magazine, please click here.
