Citizen K is a magazine written entirely in French. It is not currently published in English. The magazine is a glossy high-end publication which covers fashion, design and lifestyle trends. In addition to the French edition, this top magazine is also published in Spanish and Russian. The magazine will contain everything that women need to know about the latest tends to hit the catwalk as well as cultural developments such as new prominent artists and writers.

Frankly we wish that they would publish this magazine in English as well as French. We liked the look of the magazine. It is very well presented with beautiful glossy images and lengthy detailed articles. If we had to compare it with an English mag, we’d say that the English equivalent would probably be something like Elle magazine. It has the same sort of high end fashion as well as the same professional finish.
The magazine is packed full of information with over 240 pages in each issue. Fashion lovers will enjoy the on trend clothing and beauty products mentioned as well as the beautiful make up. The only thing we didn’t like so much was the number of adverts featured in the magazine, however we realise that the larger English glossy mags are normally fairly advert heavy as well.
From what we understood (our French is a little rusty!) the magazine has a variety of articles with different topics. Some articles are based on cultural aspects such as the latest up and coming photographers; while others will be based on the latest new looks that no modern woman could live without.
